Fuchsia is one of a pair of semi-detached cottages built from what was the tractor shed. Access from the pebble carpark is via a path with a short ramped section. The front door leads from the private decked patio into a modern kitchen. A fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave are all provided as is an electric cooker. Off the kitchen is a single bedroom - ideal for any family member who find stairs difficult. Also on the ground floor is the bathroom (again, useful for slightly infirm guests) with toilet, washhand-basin and bath with electric shower over. The lounge is entered from the kitchen and has beamed ceiling and log stove as well as quality leather furniture. A cd player/radio and television (with Freeview "digibox") are provided as is a selection of games, puzzles and books . Upstairs, there is a double bedroom and a twin room as well as a second toilet with washhand-basin. All bedrooms contain coordinated bed linen and curtains thus adding to the cottage charm.
The cottage is fully central heated and all energy costs and logs are included in the rental. We are sorry but children under the age of five cannot be accommodated in Fuchsia Cottage.
